Ascot+Hart gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site for a full store credit within 15 days of original purchase. Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked "SALE" "Final Sale" OR "Vintage" cannot be returned. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service.
