Shipping
We ship from our Dallas, Texas HQ and do our best to get your order out the door fast.
Processing time
Orders are generally shipped one business day after they're placed, excluding weekends and holidays. During new launches, sales, and holidays, processing may take a little longer.
U.S. shipping
● Free standard shipping on U.S. orders $100 and up.
● $7 flat standard shipping on orders $13.01–$99.99.
● $4 flat standard shipping on orders up to $13 — so small items like cards, stickers, and key tags ship without a full shipping fee.
● Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.
● Need it faster? Expedited options (UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) are available and calculated at checkout.
Free local pickup (Dallas)
Free local pickup is available at our Dallas HQ, usually ready within 1 hour. We'll send a notification when your order is ready to grab.
Free local delivery
Live near us? We offer free local delivery within 10 miles of our Dallas HQ. If your address qualifies, you'll see local delivery as an option at checkout.
International shipping
We ship internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout. Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If you added Redo coverage at checkout, your order is protected against lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Just file a claim through our Returns & Exchanges portal. Without Redo coverage, we're unable to cover packages once they're marked delivered by the carrier, so please double-check your shipping address before you order.
